I thoroughly agree that CEO's and the C-Suite struggle to monopolise the attention of employees and middle managers on the 'right things' while filtering the more futile endeavours.
Is there greater scope for in-house psychological education/training which could assist attention management and 'change management' beyond individual initiatives?
I feel like companies need in-house programmes to address this huge dillema..
